Throughout human history, the vibrations of chants, mantras, and hymns have been known to possess physical, mental, and spiritual healing properties; as have the vibrations of cosmic color rays. These rays are most effectively accessed through specific gems worn as rings or pendants, used as elixirs, or projected on the body by gem light machines. The adjustable frequencies of vibrating light, along with the focusing lenses and filters of gem light instruments; allow us to more optimally transmit the potencies of these cosmic color rays to the body. The system of knowledge most responsible for delineating, delivering, and propagating these vibrational healing methods is the vedas.
The Vedas and Ayurveda
Higher consciousness, faith, and legend inform us, through direct connection, inspired text, and spiritual song; that the creator of the universe, who fashioned it out of love and compassion; offered the vedas to teach humankind how to live in harmony with universal law. Consisting of more than 100,000 verses organized into four great texts, the vedas address questions related to physics, mathematics, architecture, astronomy, astrology, music, art, agriculture, cosmology, grammar, and medicine. Matters related to medicine are referenced in all the vedas, and are referred to as Ayurveda, which is translated from Sanskrit to mean “the science of life as it is expressed through living.” The areas of medicine addressed by the vedas include the tri-dosha concept, the seven-tissue concept, digestion, anatomy, metabolism, prognosis, diagnosis, and the healing properties of medicinal plants. Jyotish (Vedic astrology) was a routine step in the diagnostic process of physicians until the introduction of allopathic medicine in the eighteenth century. Ayurveda’s use of vibrational healing, along with its astrological counterpart, has been a recognized form of treatment for physical, mental, and spiritual disorders for more than 5000 years. Ayurveda is considered by many to be the mother of all sciences, to possess timeless wisdom, and to be concerned with the balance of nature as a whole (rather than with the treatment of the illusionary individual).
The Chakra System
According to Ayurveda we are composed of three bodies containing five sheaths: physical body (food sheath); astral body (pranic, mental, and intellectual sheaths), and causal body (seed sheath). The astral body is connected to the physical body at several points called chakras. We are alive because of the life force, or prana, flowing through us. Prana circulates within the astral body through channels called nadis, enters the physical body through the chakras, and circulates within the physical body through pathways called meridians. Many forms of illness exist first in the astral body, and may exist there for years before reaching the physical body. A blockage or imbalance in the energy flow within the astral body may lead to physical, emotional, or mental illness. Chakras send energy outward from the core of the physical body to the astral body, and receive prana from the astral body which enters the core. Chakras can be open or closed, excessive or deficient, or can exist at various stages in between. The chakras must be in balance with each other, and there should be an even flow of energy through all of them. After entering through the chakras, prana circulates within the physical body through meridians. These meridians govern the functioning of the major organ systems of the body. For each organ system to remain healthy and balanced, prana must flow freely along the meridians. Ayurveda maintains that specific organ systems and nerve centers of the body are nourished through the chakra and nadi system by particular colors, which has now been proven through the use of gem light instruments (the method of beaming light through gems at an imposed frequency). The seven primary chakras vibrationally correspond to the seven colors of the rainbow, the cosmic rays emanating from the seven planets of Vedic astrology, and the seven primary Vedic gems; the sevenfold vibrations of light and life.
