At many levels, in many ways, we know what keeps us healthy and happy. There are the temporary, superficial sources; and then there are the sustainable, natural kinds. Sometimes I forget about the things I already know. Does this ever happen to you? The first step in our quest for health and happiness is remembering what we know.
